    I shared the box with 3 others who work in the Medical Branch in South Afghanistan.

    Thank you for the lovely parcels you sent. They were appreciated by all and brought smiles to many faces.

    I am currently based at Kandahar and only been her 2 weeks. Its 46 degrees at the moment but will get warmer over the next 2 months so I have a long way to go, but at least I should be home for Christmas.

    I am a member of the RAF and would like to send you my thanks for the lovely package from yourselves and the people of Sussex.

    You would not believe how much effect such a gesture can have on morale out here! The toiletries were especially welcome as there is very little opportunity to pamper yourself out here, and being a female, we need a bit of pampering sometimes!

    I am in the Brigade Intelligence based in Iraq and received your parcel today; we shared everything out so everyone got a few home comforts.

    Its good to know people back home support us and what we do, it makes being out here that much easier.
